Indian Startups In Google Accelerator

Google India has selected the first 20 startups for its Google for Startups Accelerator Women Founders program. It said it received around 400 applications and chose 20 startups led by female founders. Google India added that the accelerator program is focused on women and will help startups with mentorship, hiring talent, capital, and other challenges women entrepreneurs or female founders face. The program will support these startups and host web, Android, cloud, UX, machine learning, and artificial intelligence workshops. It will connect them with women entrepreneurs worldwide.

Here is a list of the 20 startups that made it to the Google for Startups Accelerator Women Founders program. 

1. Aspire for Her 

Headquarters: Mumbai 

Founded In: 2020

The startup focuses on online jobs for women and offers employment, mentorship, and career resources to women across the board. It wants 1 million women to be added to India's workforce by 2025. 

2. Brown Living 

Headquarters: Mumbai

Founded In: 2019

The startup is a food and sustainable lifestyle brand. It has products like baked food, home decor, and clothes. 

3. CoLLearn Education

Headquarters: Bengaluru 

Founded In: 2019

The startup is an ed-tech company that provides live courses by celebrities in the finance and sports fields. It has football analytics, cricket umpiring, python for finance, etc., in its course, among others. 

4. Commudle

Headquarters: Delhi NCR

Founded In: 2020

The startup is an online platform that helps businesses build and scale software developers. It claims to have had a 100x increase in community engagements for partners who worked with them.

5. Dubverse 

Headquarters: Delhi NCR

Founded In: 2021

The startup dubs videos in over 30 languages and is an AI platform for video dubbing. 

6. Elda Health

Headquarters: Bengaluru  

Founded In: 2020

The startup is a healthcare startup that is fully focused on women. It provides women with wellness solutions regarding menopause. 

7. Fitbots

Headquarters: Bengaluru

Founded In: 2018

The startup helps CEOs align their teams with OKRs. It offers coaching and OKRs certification. 

8. FreeStand

Headquarters: Delhi NCR

Founded In: 2017

The startup is a B2B FMCG product sampling marketplace. It helps businesses manage, launch, scale, and monitor campaigns related to product sampling. 

9. Jumping Minds

Headquarters: Delhi NCR

Founded In: 2021

The startup is a wellness and health mobile app for community members to have a conversation anonymously before they visit a therapist. 

10. LXME

Headquarters: Mumbai  

Founded In: 2018

The startup is a neobank offering investment, lending, and saving services to females, making them independent financially.

11. MeMeraki

Headquarters: Gurugram

Founded In: 2017

The startup helps turn rural artisans into content creators. It offers live workshops and classes that focus on traditional arts. It also allows artisans to list and sell their paintings on the platform. 

12. Mishry

Headquarters: Gurugram

Founded In: 2019

The startup is a platform for authentic feedback and reviews online. The feedback and reviews are of over 2,000 dining and cooking space products. 

13. OPOD Audio 

Headquarters: Mumbai 

Founded In: 2022

The startup is a news app on mobile and provides current affairs and trending news information. It works in over nine languages. 

14. PickMyWork

Headquarters: Gurugram

Founded In: 2019

The startup is an online distribution platform helping companies get customers via pay-per-acquisition. Other solutions it offers include audits and user activation. 

15. Rang De

Headquarters: Bengaluru 

Founded In: 2008

The startup is a peer-to-peer platform offering farmers, students, and under-reserved people credit across India. 

16. Savage

Headquarters: Bengaluru 

Founded In: 2021

The startup provides healthcare programs for weight, gut, menopause, Thyroid, PCOS, and hormonal imbalance. 

17. Sprint Studio

Headquarters: Mumbai

Founded In: 2021

The startup is artificial intelligence-enabled, helping brands in the consumer space perform market research.

The startup is a surveillance and security provider offering services to retail, logistics, corporates, hospitals, schools, and other sectors. 

20. Tradyl

Headquarters: Bengaluru

Founded In: 2021

The startup is a B2B platform for wholesaler traders. Foreign companies can use it to source Indian products from suppliers. 

Google for Startups Accelerator Women Founders program was launched by Google in June 2022 and focused on early and growth-stage startups led by women. The startups are in their early growth stages and are some of the most promising businesses in the country.
