Indian Startups In Google Accelerator

Google India has selected the first 20 startups for its Google for Startups Accelerator Women Founders program. It said it received around 400 applications and chose 20 startups led by female founders. Google India added that the accelerator program is focused on women and will help startups with mentorship, hiring talent, capital, and other challenges women entrepreneurs or female founders face. The program will support these startups and host web, Android, cloud, UX, machine learning, and artificial intelligence workshops. It will connect them with women entrepreneurs worldwide.

Here is a list of the 20 startups that made it to the Google for Startups Accelerator Women Founders program. 

1. Aspire for Her 

Headquarters: Mumbai 

Founded In: 2020

The startup focuses on online jobs for women and offers employment, mentorship, and career resources to women across the board. It wants 1 million women to be added to India's workforce by 2025. 

2. Brown Living 

Headquarters: Mumbai

Founded In: 2019

The startup is a food and sustainable lifestyle brand. It has products like baked food, home decor, and clothes. 

3. CoLLearn Education

Headquarters: Bengaluru 

Founded In: 2019

The startup is an ed-tech company that provides live courses by celebrities in the finance and sports fields. It has football analytics, cricket umpiring, python for finance, etc., in its course, among others. 

4. Commudle

Headquarters: Delhi NCR

Founded In: 2020

The startup is an online platform that helps businesses build and scale software developers. It claims to have had a 100x increase in community engagements for partners who worked with them.

The startup dubs videos in over 30 languages and is an AI platform for video dubbing.
